CartONG has been selected by the French Agence des Micro-Projets (AMP) to undertake a study on ICT for small-scale development projects.

CartONG is developing the mobile and analysis component of the  FACET tool (a monitoring tool for Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services in health care facilities) for Terre des hommes.

We are using Kobo/ODK for mobile data collection and a Power BI dashboard for visualisation of data and analysis.

Two 2-day trainings were organised in december 2016 and january 2017 to train Terre des hommes HQ Desks and Thematic specialists on what MDC could bring to their operations and also on knowing how to adapt a standard organisation form from one context to another (through XLS forms).

In June 2016, following a second bidding process,  CartONG was one of the organizations (including iMMAP and MapAction) to be retained by the UNICEF West and Central Africa Regional Office, setting the framework to be deployed in the WCARO region to support UNICEF country operations in Information Management and Mapping.

This trilingual video was produced by CartONG in 2016 for Terre des hommes based on different 2015 Mobile Data Collection success stories in the organisation that we had helped implement.

In 2015-6 we conducted two trainings for IPIS, one on Mobile Data Collection and geodatabase management (5 days) and one on ArcGIS server (5 days) for their HQ staff in Antwerp.
