Becoming a member
Why join the association?
Taking an active role in our organization – I am invited to take part in the annual General Assembly to elect the members of the Board or be a candidate, to bring my ideas and debate the strategic orientations of CartONG and to keep us in check so we remain true to our values!
Endorsing CartONG’s 6 core values as well as the principles that guide our action in support of humanitarian, development and social actors!
Having access to free practical trainings – I can benefit from annual training courses on mapping, data management and collection tools, to reinforce my skills.
Joining the CartONG family – I can join in a Get-Together weekend with the employees and other members, where the staff & volunteer projects, missions and future developments are collectively discussed. I can also contribute to the GeOnG forum, an international conference for humanitarian and development professionals organized every two years by the association to discuss data management practices and discover new tools and methodologies.
Showing support for our association even if you don’t have the time to get further involved in our associative life or our volunteer projects!
I’m not interested in becoming a member but I’d like to support CartONG in another way. What else can I do?
You can make a donation! All received donations are assigned to our volunteer projects, which aim at supporting the initiatives of small grassroots NGOs and developing pilot and innovative projects of general interest in France and abroad.
They help us finance tools and servers that are used in small scale projects as well as produce documentation and other resources benefiting humanitarian, social and development actors. More exceptionally, your donations can also help us partly finance a field mission.
We invite you to make a donation by credit or debit card using the HelloAsso platform below. You’re free to give any amount that you’d like. HelloAsso doesn’t charge a fee. If you don’t have access to a debit or credit card, get in touch with us!
You can also follow CartONG on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to stay informed and share our latest news! Thank you for your support!
