En juillet 2020, CartONG annonçait le démarrage d’une nouvelle phase de deux ans pour le projet Cartes d’ici & d’ailleurs. Il est temps de faire le bilan de ce projet innovant, qui nous aura amené à animer 47 ateliers avec des personnes migrantes partout en France, grâce au soutien financier du dispositif Comité Santé Mentale des exilés de la Fondation de France.

In July 2020, CartONG announced the start of a new two-year phase for the Maps from here and abroad project. It is time to have a look back at this innovative project, which led us to conduct 47 workshops with migrant people all over France, thanks to the financial support of the Mental Health Committee for Exiles of the Fondation de France.

CartONG a mis en œuvre avec OpenStreetMap Madagascar un projet en soutien au Secours Islamique France, combinant cartographie participative et ateliers avec les communautés locales pour évaluer les capacités du territoire en termes de sécurité alimentaire, produire une carte de référence et former les équipes du SIF et de nouveaux contributeurs à OpenStreetMap. CartONG implemented with OpenStreetMap Madagascar a project in support of Secours Islamique France in Madagascar combining participatory mapping and workshops with local communities to assess the territory's capacities in terms of food security, to produce a reference map, but also to train SIF teams and new contributors on OpenStreetMap.

De janvier 2022 à juin 2023, et grâce au soutien de l'Union européenne dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+ "Partenariats simplifiés dans l'éducation des adultes", CartONG accompagnera des personnes migrantes en France et en Grèce dans l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences numériques à travers le projet "MapInclusive", mené conjointement avec l'ONG grecque Social Hackers Academy.

From January 2022 to June 2023, and thanks to the support of the European Union through the Erasmus+ program called "Small-scale partnerships in adult education", CartONG will be helping migrant people in France and Greece to acquire new digital skills through the "MapInclusive" project, run hand in hand with the Greek NGO Social Hackers Academy.

Depuis plus d'un an, CartONG met en œuvre une initiative de cartographie participative au Tadjikistan, dans le cadre d'un projet plus large mis en œuvre par la GIZ depuis 2019, en vue de faciliter l'adaptation au changement climatique dans les zones rurales. Pour en savoir plus, cliquez ici.
