It is always challenging to find indicators that you will be consistently reporting on. Some indicators are needed at a given moment, for example to plan new activity, but are impossible to assess repetitively (too much energy/time wasted). How to choose indicators that can serve for assessment as well as for monitoring activities. Can the two be fully compatible ? Do you systematically need to define a different set of indicators for monitoring ?
