Evaluations of Information Management projects and strategies: a forgotten or impossible step?

Information Management tools and strategies are more and more deployed in the field and supported by HQ, but it remains challenging to measure their impact. Several actors have attempted to do so using different angles: what are they findings? Is it indeed possible to measure the impact of IM tools and strategies? If so, how? What best practices have they learnt from their own experience? Participants of the roundtable will present their experience when trying to evaluate IM projects/strategies and draft some findings.
