Information Management strategies in consortiums: pitfalls & successes
The implementation of projects via consortiums of partners/operators is increasingly common in the humanitarian and development aid sector. This method of implementation raises very important issues in terms of data management, which are often eluded when consortiums are established. This round table will address key questions in preparing or running a consortium: What are the different levels of IM in a consortium? How is IM approached when building a consortium: which level of investment for which duration and goals? How is data sharing structured? How do we cope with the different practices (and sometimes ideologies) of the members when it comes to IM? Our three experienced speakers will tell us where they are and what they have learnt so far.
Scheduled on Tuesday 30/10 between 11:30am and 1pm.
