Evening event

The first day of the conference ended on a high note, with a bilingual French and English group activity, organized by CartONG with the support of association La fresque du numérique.

The “Fresque du numérique”, also called “Digital collage” in its English version, is a renowned workshop dedicated to raising awareness - in a fun way - about the environmental impact of digital technologies. This hands-on and creative workshop encourages discussions between participants, and also aims to lay down key solutions to reach more sustainable practices in regards to digital technology.

Given this year’s main theme, we thought the “Fresque du numérique” would be the perfect evening event at the forum, and we are very pleased to welcome volunteers from the association to co-facilitate the activity on Monday 24th of October. 

The workshop was conducted in both French and English, in small groups of participants, to accommodate all attendees. It took place from 5:45pm to 10pm, with a long dinner break in the middle.
