Please remember that you can find all the practical details regarding the venue on our website: : http://cartong.org/geong/2014/practicalinformation
Last but not least, a few important remarks to plan your participation in the best conditions:
-
You can already register to the training workshops you'd like to attend: you will then be sure to attend the ones you really want to. To do so, just fill this online form: http://survey.cartong.org/index.php?sid=35776&lang=en
-
This form also allows you to register for the Monday evening dinner at the traditional restaurant Le Savoyard (this meal is not included in your ticket to the event, you will therefore have to pay it cash on Monday).
-
For those of you who will already be in Chambéry on Sunday evening, we offer to meet for a drink and/or dinner. Please let us know as soon as possible (either by filling the workshop form or by sending us an email) so we can anticipate the number of participants!
-
For the attendees traveling to France by plane, please be aware that an important strike is ongoing at Air France and should continue until at least next Monday, so we advise you to check the situation of your plane as soon as you can!
-
For those coming in car, you can benefit from a free parking slot in front of the Conference center, you can ask for it at the front desk of the Conference center upon arrival.
Registrations are still open on our website, so you can still invite your colleagues and network to join you at the conference, and remind them to book their ticket for those who haven't done it yet! http://cartong.org/fr/geong/2014/inscriptions
Finally, for those who unfortunately won't be able to make it to the event, we are also planning to record as many session as we can and to (if possible) display them on streaming: check out our website on the coming days for more information!
Hoping to see many of you next September week in Chambéry,
The CartONG team
