Since 1991, the decentralized cooperation between Chambéry and Ouahigouya (Burkina Faso) has sought to bring together the inhabitants of the two cities. Getting to know and understanding each other better and carrying out development actions together are the objectives of this cooperation, which brings together many actors, both here and there, and which is currently giving birth to and supporting some twenty projects that meet the needs of the population. The cooperation today associates elected officials, municipal services but also actors of the civil society and the populations of each of the two communes in order to carry out the projects discussed on each territory.
