Bringing together, developing, leading, training and researching: those are the missions of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (Federation of Solidarity Actors in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in English). The Federation of Solidarity Actors calls on all actors in society to build ambitious public policies to fight exclusion and poverty.
The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional delegation federates about a hundred social and medico-social structures - associations and CCAS - of the region, which represents more than 130 services working in the field of the fight against exclusion and accompanying the most vulnerable people. Its members are day care centers, CHRS (Centres d'Hébergement et de Réinsertion Sociale - accommodation and social rehabilitation centre in English), CHU (Centres d'Hébergement d'Urgence - Emergency shelters in English), CADA (Centre d'accueil de demandeurs d'asile - Centre for asylum-seekers in English) as well as Ateliers et Chantiers d'Insertion.
In support of the Federation of Solidarity Actors in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (FAS AuRA), CartONG is working on creating a database that will be used for the design of an online map showcasing existing health services for vulnerable people in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AuRA) region. The database is meant to aggregate data from several sources, and as part of our support, we are also cleaning existing data and incorporating it into the database. The online map that will be designed with the data will be published on the RESAP website.
