In summer 2019, CartONG conducted a 2-week mission in Senegal to survey exhaustively all the facilities in the Saint-Louis department, present and promote the "data collaborative" approach to local stakeholders and encourage the sharing of health data between these stakeholders (UN agencies, NGOs and government).
