Created in 1994, F3E is a multi-actor network composed of 80 NGOs, local authorities and French public health institutions. Its mission is to improve the evaluation, impact and quality of international cooperation and solidarity actions. To this end, the F3E develops capacity building activities useful for the analysis and sharing of practices. It also contributes to strategic and political debates within the sector.
It brings together actors willing to analyze their practices in order to strengthen their capacities and better report on the effectiveness of their actions. F3E thus supports its members' evaluation processes, offers exchange and learning resources and develops a Resource Center function.
