Two series of webinars for beginners and advanced profiles were organized by CartONG in the fall of 2020 to support the ongoing capacity building of Terre des hommes' field teams in terms of Mobile Data Collection and analysis.

In 2020, CartONG supported FairTrade New Zealand in their implementation and scale-up of Mobile Data Collection in their areas of intervention, ensuring technical assistance and training remotely. This support also took the form of brainstorming discussions,webinars, form coding, development of analysis tools and a map and remote support for technical difficulties.

En 2020, CartONG a été sollicitée par l'Association Voûte Nubienne pour une évaluation de la composante données de leur système de suivi et d'évaluation.

En 2020, le SWSC a décidé d'adapter les outils FACET pour qu'ils soient utilisés par toutes les ONG membres du consortium pour leurs évaluations des risques WASH dans les établissements de santé et les écoles. CartONG a soutenu l'adaptation des outils aux besoins du SWSC et a organisé une série de webinaires pour aider les ONG à découvrir les outils.

En 2021, SWSC a demandé à CartONG de mettre en place les outils associés à leurs besoins de reporting sur le WASH, sur les établissements de santé et les écoles, mais aussi les communautés. CartONG a soutenu les membres du consortium dans le développement d'un tableau de bord PowerBI, les formulaires associés, la documentation technique et a fourni un soutien technique aux équipes de terrain.

In 2020, the SWSC decided to adapt the FACET tools for use by all consortium member NGOs for their WASH risk evaluations in health facilities & schools. CartONG supported the adaptation of the tools to the SWSC needs and hosted a series of webinars to help the NGOs discover the tools.

In 2021, SWSC asked CartONG to set up the tools associated with their reporting needs on WASH, on health facilities and schools, but also communities. CartONG supported the consortium members in developing a PowerBI dashboard, the forms, guidance and provided technical support to the field teams.

CartONG and Action contre la Faim have signed a partnership agreement of 3 years to further their collaboration. The partnership agreement that will run from 2020 to 2023. It aims to provide ACF's teams with better support in the area of program data management (or Information Management).

In 2020, CartONG was solicited by the Voute Nubienne Association for an assessment of the data component of their Monitoring and Evaluation system. A workshop at HQ and different field interviews were therefore run to produce such a document, describing the needs of AVN, a description of the features they wanted in the system in place (as well as the associated constraints, capture modalities, types of users, and data model), and some elements concerning the possible technical scenarios.
