Le projet et le consortium RESILAC (Redressement Economique et Social Inclusif du Lac Tchad) a identifié lors de sa phase d'amorçage la nécessité d'améliorer sa gestion de l'information. CartONG accompagne le Groupe URD en charge du Système de suivi et d’évaluation des réalisations (SSE) opérationnel sur le volet gestion de l'information. En 2019, CartONG a réalisé un diagnostic en gestion de l'information (toutes technologies confondues) afin de formaliser les besoins des acteurs, d'identifier les contraintes et opportunités existantes et de proposer des scénarios de solutions.

CartONG a apporté un appui technique en cartographie et collecte de données à l'ONG locale YAAM Solidarité (association spécialisée dans la reconstruction de l'habitat à partir de matériaux locaux) dans le cadre d'un projet d'amélioration urbaine à Boassa - un quartier non loti situé à la périphérie de Ouagadougou.

Notre support technique a consisté en 2 phases principales :

CartONG provided technical support in mapping and mobile data collection to the the local NGO YAAM Solidarité (association specialized in habitat reconstruction using local materials) as part of an urban improvement project in Boassa - an informal urban located on the outskirts of Ouagadougou.

Our technical support consisted of 2 main phases:

1- creating a basic map of the area using the OpenStreetMap platform and crowd sourcing

CartONG participe, au nom de l'Agence Française de Développement, à l'évaluation scientifique de l'impact du projet PRIQH2 mis en œuvre par l'Agence Tunisienne de Réhabilitation et de Rénovation Urbaine (ARRU). Cette évaluation est codirigée par l'Université des Nations Unies et BJKA Consulting. CartONG apporte son expertise en SIG et en analyse spatiale de l'évolution urbaine.

CartONG is participating, on behalf of the French Development Agency, to the scientific impact evaluation of the PRIQH2 project implemented by the Tunisian Rehabilitation and Urban Renovation Agency (ARRU). This evaluation is co-lead by the United Nations University and BJKA consulting. CartONG brings its expertise in GIS and spatial analysis of urban evolution to the table.
